Client - Global leader in Imaging solutions

The role combines business accountability—driving sales and profitability—with hands-on team leadership, inventory control, and basic technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Operations

  • Target Achievement: Accountable for top-line (revenue) and bottom-line (profitability) targets.

  • Inventory & Merchandise: Oversee stock levels, product display, and inventory management.

  • Pricing & Strategy: Review sales data and market trends to recommend pricing adjustments and sales promotions.

  • Compliance: Ensure the site complies with legal standards and partner requirements to protect site reputation.

2. Team Management & Training

  • Staff Development: Train and upskill the team in salesmanship, cash handling, inventory management, and specialized software/hardware (e.g., EPX/IMIX, camera settings).

  • Performance Tracking: Conduct regular staff assessments and evaluation reviews.

  • Admin & Payroll: Keep accurate daily records for team scheduling, timekeeping, and overtime (OT) for payroll processing.

3. Technical Support

  • Troubleshooting: Perform basic technical and equipment troubleshooting on-site as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

  • Retail/Sales: Minimum 4 years overall.

  • Leadership: Minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Key Skills & Traits

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal: Extroverted, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
  • Training Ability: Passion and skill for mentoring, teaching, and passing on knowledge.
  • Adaptability: Flexible, self-motivated, fast learner, and eager to take on additional tasks as requested.

It's a 6 days work week, you will be based at Sentosa
