Job Summary

A freight transport company seeks a qualified candidate with customs declaration credentials to manage import/export customs declarations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support smooth clearance operations for construction materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit import/export customs declarations for construction materials and equipment to ensure timely processing
• Review and verify customs declaration documents and information for accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Monitor and follow up on customs clearance progress to resolve issues and expedite release of goods
• Coordinate customs-related matters with government agencies and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations
• Organize and maintain accurate records of customs declarations and related documents for audit and reference
• Ensure all goods comply with relevant customs regulations to prevent delays and penalties

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess valid customs declaration qualifications/credentials
• Ability to register with relevant government customs systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in customs declaration and clearance
