Job Summary

Join as a Frontend Developer (ReactJS) to design, develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable web applications using React.js to meet business requirements.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) for optimal user experience.
• Create reusable UI components to enhance application performance and scalability.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services to ensure seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, business analysts, and QA teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and provide production support to resolve frontend issues promptly.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across multiple devices for consistent user experience.
• Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for efficient project delivery.

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 7 years of software development experience with strong frontend development expertise.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) with hands-on development experience.
• Solid experience in React.js development including React Hooks.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
• Experience with TypeScript for type-safe frontend development.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON for effective backend integration.
• Skilled in state management using Redux or Context API to manage application state efficiently.
• Familiarity with Git and version control practices to support collaborative development.
• Understanding of browser compatibility issues and frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments to support iterative development.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with Jest or React Testing Library for frontend testing.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployment processes.
• Experience in banking or financial services projects is advantageous.
