Overview
Responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, improving efficiency, managing costs, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, workflows, and layout optimization, including use of automation.

• Manage operational costs, including overtime and third-party expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, supporting contract renewals and business growth.

• Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma and digital initiatives.

• Manage budget, P&L, and ensure efficient use of resources.

• Approve operational expenses and purchases within assigned limits.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations (WSH, MOM, SCDF).

• Monitor performance, forecast capacity, and plan manpower based on business needs.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in contract logistics or warehouse management.

• Experience in P&L management, process improvement, and team leadership.

• Strong analytical and commercial skills.

• Proficient in data tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Strong communication and presentation skills for client engagement.
