Job Summary

Support the Chief Administrator by managing documents, handling data entry, and assisting with digitalization and content management to ensure smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain electronic and hard-copy documents to ensure easy retrieval and accuracy
• Manage correspondences to facilitate timely and clear communication
• Perform accurate data entry to support administrative processes
• Prepare and format documents to meet professional standards when required
• Provide administrative assistance to the Chief Administrator to support daily operations
• Assist in the digitalization process to improve document management efficiency
• Support content management tasks to maintain up-to-date and organized information

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum A-level or Diploma in a relevant field
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data and documents
• Ability to write and compile content effectively
• Willingness to commit to a temporary role for the required duration
• Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
• Open to interns during vacation periods
