Job Descriptions:

• Understand and manage local import policies, particularly the reduction and clearance of imported equipment and raw materials, ensuring compliance with exemption policies.
• Provide necessary documentation and support for customs audits, facilitating the import/export process and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Reconcile accounts with freight forwarders, manage expense reimbursements, and ensure accurate tracking of costs.
• Manage daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and warehousing, to ensure timely delivery and effective inventory management.
• Analyze logistics processes to reduce costs and identify opportunities for improvements, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, including import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of local import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
