- OutSystems certification at the Web Developer Specialist level or higher.
- Proven experience delivering applications using Agile Scrum methodologies across the full software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience building and delivering digital products for government or public sector organizations.
- Strong knowledge of OutSystems architecture, application lifecycle management, integration patterns, and platform best practices.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
