[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow-up on matters relating to SSG grant lapses, UEN submissions, and SkillsFuture Credit claims arising from class cancellations.
• Compile, validate, and prepare weekly reporting submissions for LTA.
• Administer results processing and generate certificates for LTA ES and PAB assessments.
  
  

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:-

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
