Job Description
- Develop and manage weekly/daily production schedules based on demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with Procurement to ensure material availability and resolve shortages.
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Use ERP systems to track production and inventory data.
- Analyze “plan vs. actual” variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure production flow is not disrupted and optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborate closely with shop-floor supervisors and internal teams.
- Diploma/ Degree in Technical Engineering/ Supply Chain, Business or related field.
- Experience with SAP PP module, including knowledge of work order management, materials flow, and production planning is a plus.
- Strong in skills of negotiation and analyzation.
- Require knowledge in work order management and understanding of Bill of Material.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
