Full Time SITE MANAGER Jobs, salary up to SGD 4,000 in HENG SHENG CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

- Lead and manage UPS, UTS and all on-site constructionactivities related to civil engineering works, ensuring work is executedsafely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings andspecifications.

- Supervise a team of site supervisors, engineers, andsubcontractors, ensuring clear communication of tasks, expectations, and dailytargets.

- Coordinate and liaise with consultants, clients, andrelevant authorities (PUB, LTA, NEA, etc.) for inspections, approvals, andcompliance with statutory requirements.

- Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety & Health(WSH) standards and environmental regulations; conduct daily toolbox meetings,risk assessments, and enforce safe work procedures.

- Develop and manage detailed site work plans, schedules,and resource allocation to meet project milestones and deadlines withoutcompromising quality.

- Monitor and inspect construction progress, identifying andresolving technical or operational issues promptly to avoid delays ornon-compliance.

- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil or infrastructure projects, specifically in sewer and manhole construction in Singapore.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
