Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assisting Project Manager
  • Preparing Tender and contract documents
  • Handle the negotiation rates and quotations from sub contractors
  • Collate information and present for tender submission
  • Liasing with clients, consultants and contractors
  • Site viewing and understanding
  • All other necessary admin works related to work scope

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma / Degree in Civil/Building/Architecture Engineering or any relevant discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in civil / construction industry
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules to meet tendering submission deadlines
  • Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in building standards, measurement, documentation and contractual issues
