About the Role: We are expanding our AI Innovation Pod focused on building enterprise-grade Generative and Agentic AI solutions. We are looking for an Associate AI Engineer with a strong foundation in software development and initial exposure to AI concepts. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, experiment, and build AI-powered applications, while working closely with experienced AI engineers and architects.

Responsibilities:

• 1–4 years of software development experience
• Basic understanding or exposure to Generative AI / LLMs / Agentic AI concepts
• Programming knowledge in Python (preferred) or JavaScript
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and basic system integration concepts
• Understanding of software development fundamentals (data structures, debugging, version control).
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools or frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI APIs, HuggingFace, etc.)
• Basic understanding of Prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector databases.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Personal projects, coursework, or internships related to AI/ML

• Ability to take guidance and progressively work independently.
