Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Process Engineer di KaWan Food Selangor - Maukerja

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
2. Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures.
3. Responsible for the design & implementation of process improvement projects.
4. Ensure proper project management documentation including but not limited to project schedule, cost centre, engineering documentation, agreements and meeting minutes.
5. Ensure compliance of daily activity within the Factory Disciplines and safety regulation.
6. Respond to all emergency calls for project issues and ensure the issues are rectified promptly.
7. Supervise work of the team members and contractors to ensure work is done and complied to safety regulations.
8. Transforming raw materials and energy into final products and optimizing systems and equipment procedures.
9. Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
10. Perform administrative tasks as required.
11. Ensure adequate training and development of team members.
12. To undertake other responsibilities/any ad-hoc task assigned by Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Possess Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalents
2. Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience.
3. Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
5. Strong leadership abilities.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills.
7. Willing to be based in Pulau Indah, Selangor.
