Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead procurement activities for server hardware categories, including GPU, CPU, servers, networking equipment, storage and related infrastructure components;

2. Independently manage assigned categories, including sourcing strategy, supplier selection, negotiation, cost optimization and supplier relationship management;

3. Partner closely with IT, infrastructure and engineering teams to understand business requirements and develop effective procurement solutions;

4. Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including RFQ/RFP processes, contract negotiation, supplier evaluation and performance management;

5. Monitor market trends in server hardware, AI computing infrastructure and data center technologies, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions;

6. Drive continuous improvement of procurement processes and enhance procurement efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or related disciplines;

2. 5-8 years of procurement experience with strong exposure to server hardware, GPU, CPU, networking equipment or data center infrastructure procurement;

3. Strong understanding of server hardware ecosystem and key suppliers, such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, NVIDIA, Supermicro, etc.;

4. Proven experience in supplier management, commercial negotiation and cost optimization;

5. Ability to independently manage procurement categories and drive projects from sourcing to execution;

6. Prior experience from technology companies, cloud service providers, data centers, semiconductor companies or IT infrastructure companies is highly preferred;

7. Strong communication skills in English with the ability to collaborate with regional teams and global suppliers.
