Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Petaling Jaya. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with expeditors, logistics teams, and inspection staff, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions. The role involves preparing project documentation, facilitating stakeholder communication, organizing meetings, and reporting on status and performance. The Project Manager will also support process improvements and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Expertise in Expeditor and Expediting activities, ensuring materials, services, and deliverables meet schedule requirements.
• Experience in Inspection processes to verify compliance with specifications, standards, and quality expectations.
• Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate transportation, scheduling, and material flow.
• Relevant academic background in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Proficiency with project management tools and standard office software.
• Experience in industrial, construction, or related projects is an advantage.
