We are looking for passionate, patient, and dedicated educators to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Special Needs Trainer, you will work primarily with high-functioning neurodivergent teenagers and young adults, helping them develop academic foundations and practical digital skills in a supportive, engaging, and structured learning environment.

Subjects may include:

• English
• Mathematics
• Basic Computer Skills
• Digital Literacy
• Other life and learning skills (where applicable)

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to help students build confidence, independence, and lifelong learning skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging lessons.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
• Monitor students' progress and maintain simple learning records.
• Create a positive, structured and encouraging classroom environment.
• Support students in developing confidence, communication and independence.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and management to continuously improve learning outcomes.
• Participate in academy activities, projects and professional development.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Passion for working with neurodivergent individuals.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, positive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.

Added Advantage

• Experience teaching children, teenagers or young adults.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism, ADHD or other learning differences.
