About the Roles

Join a logistics organization as a Customer Service Executive based in Jurong East, supporting daily operations in a permanent role with a salary of up to $2,800 plus variable bonus. This position follows a 5.5-day work schedule with partial work-from-home on Saturdays, offering a balanced mix of office and remote work while engaging with clients and coordinating shipments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and support both existing and newly onboarded customer accounts.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address customer needs.
• Deliver high-quality customer service across all touchpoints.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and vendors.
• Address and resolve customer concerns with effective solutions.
• Prepare accurate shipment quotations and coordinate logistics arrangements.
• Perform multiple tasks efficiently across systems and daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Background in logistics is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
