• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in relevant field.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave, and payroll preparation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation and exit processes.
• Support employee relations by handling enquiries, disciplinary matters, performance reviews and HR policies.
• Coordinate staff training, probation reviews and talent development initiatives.
• Conduct outlet visits, monitor manpower, ensure HR compliance and support daily HR operations.
• Work closely with Operations and other departments to improve workforce planning, employee engagement and overall HR efficiency.
• Candidate must be willing to work at TRX (Exchange 106).

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
