Job description :

• Responsible to manage productivity improvement activities on Operation Efficiency (OPE).
• To conduct and manage and supervise all PE's project and activities.
• Lead and manage Process Team to achieve defined objectives.
• Conduct DFM, process capability study for product design and requirement.
• Design & develop fixture for existing/new product and improvement project.
• Lead to resolve any technical issues arise during NPI (New Product Introduction) / FA (First Article) preparation stage.
• Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
• Prepare various analyses and recommendations on production capacity, efficiency, capital and support supplies needs as well as other key mandatory support items such as material, headcount, etc based on varies studies.
• Communicates findings and proposals to upper management.
• Responsible for cost saving improvement activity. Such as Kaizen, lean manufacturing.
• Responsible for ensuring continual improvement related to process, cost, production and overall quality of the products.
• Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by Department Manager.

Qualification :

• Degree in Engineering field or at least 2~5 years related experience.
• Computer literate including design software and autoCAD.
• Analytical and problem solving skills, strong leadership and interpersonal.
• Knowledgeable about metal fabrication process or welding process.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
