Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with corporate clients, insurance providers, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to secure panel empanelments and corporate health screening contracts.
• Conduct market research to analyze healthcare trends, competitor strategies, and untapped patient market segments within the region.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with General Practitioners (GPs), clinics, and healthcare providers to drive continuous patient referrals.
• Plan and execute community outreach programs, health talks, corporate wellness activities, and health bazaars to elevate brand awareness and promote hospital services.
• Work closely with clinical departments to design, package, and roll out hospital service offerings (e.g., health screening packages, maternity programs, specialized surgical packages).
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including patient conversion rates and marketing ROI, providing regular reports and insights to management.
• Support additional departmental tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Development, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the healthcare or insurance industry (specifically in business development, corporate account management, or marketing).
• Proven experience in corporate sales, TPA/insurer panel empanelments, or managing healthcare referral networks.
• Strong networking and presentation skills with corporate clients, clinics, and General Practitioners (GPs)
