Job Description

• Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met.
• Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of construction work in
• accordance with the contracts, cost control, quality, schedule and

identification of resources needed.

• Liase with subcontractors and consultants to ensure all works carried
• out as per drawing and specification.
• Responsible for all the projects and site related matters.
• Attend the site inspection and complete the inspection checklist.
• Inspect and monitor at all time each stage of the construction works.
• Inspect job site with specification, method of installation and issue of Non compliance of work (NCR).
• Resolved Non compliance of work (NCR) issued by consultants.
• Joint valuation claims with consultants / QS.
• Attend site meeting.
• Pre CPC inspection and monitor closely the defect work complete on
• time before handing over of the project.
• Manage project budgets and resources.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise construction projects for 4-6 years
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools.
• Work Location in Kuching Sarawak

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
