Responsibilities
A detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage daily operations across multiple online marketplaces.
This role focuses on ensuring smooth store operations, accurate product listings, and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store & Product Management
- Upload and update product listings across all online platforms
- Ensure accuracy in product details
- Support campaign / promotion setup
2. Inventory & Order Fulfillment
- Monitor and update inventory
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely order processing
- Identify and resolve fulfillment issues to maintain stores performance
3. Customer Service & Store Performance
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly to maintain high chat response rates
- Manage reviews, ratings, and customer complaints professionally
- Support return and refund handling
Requirements
- Experience with Shopee, Lazada, and/or TikTok Shop Seller Centers
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of e-commerce KPIs (e.g. fulfillment rate, store ratings)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet
- Good written communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
