• Supervise daily site activities and installation works.
• Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, and site progress.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Production teams.
• Report project progress, delays, and site issues to management.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors when required.
• Ensure proper documentation, daily site reports, and records are maintained.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1-2 years of experience in construction or site supervision.
• Experience in glass, façade, aluminium, or building construction is an added advantage.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
