Kerja Sepenuh Masa COMMIS III (Kitchen Staff) NEEDED, Gaji tinggi MYR 1,700 di Tasik Puteri Golf & Country Club Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
• Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, marinating, and storing food items following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations to ensure timely and efficient food production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items in accordance with FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Monitor food quality and freshness, and report any shortages, spoilage, or equipment issues to the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures while handling food and operating kitchen equipment.
• Assist with stock receiving, inventory checks, and proper storage of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Support the smooth operation of the kitchen by performing other duties assigned by the Head Chef or immediate supervisor.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
