Job description

• Assisting the head chef with effective kitchen administrative tasks
• Preserving records on everything from worker rotas to food safety
• To coordinate with HR and make sure records are complete each week
• To coordinate with Central Kitchen and Logistic to ensure all order in place
• To assist Head chef in leave arrangements, schedules and other ad-hoc task
• Overseeing and manage the kitchen administration and kitchen functions

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field
• Age 18 years old above are qualified to apply

· Minimum 1-2 years works experience.

• Reliable and flexible in undertaking various tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
