Position: Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, social media, and other outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Qualify leads based on the company's target customer profile.
• Introduce the company's products and services to prospective clients.
• Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM or sales database.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and generate interest.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts.
• Prepare basic reports on outreach activities and lead conversion.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in making outbound calls and engaging with potential customers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
