Requirements 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR System Support and Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support related to our HR systems and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing timely support, and coordinating with the IT team to manage HR system projects effectively 



Customer Understanding and Support: 

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, desires, and challenges related to 
  our HR systems. 
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients concerning our HR system and 
  services. 
  

• Handle and respond to client feedback, emails, and inquiries professionally and 
  promptly. 
• Collaborate with the IT team to address and resolve client issues efficiently 
   
   
  

• Record and document client feedback and system issues accurately. 
• Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and resolutions. 
   
  

• Coordinate and collaborate closely with the IT team to plan and initiate HR system 
  projects with clients. 
• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure alignment with both internal and 
  client requirements. 
  

• Clearly document all system requirements and specifications. 
• Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity 
  

• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional 
  teams. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. 
  

• Recognized University Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline. 
• At least 3 years of experience in customer support role with at least 1 year of experience using HR Systems 
• Proven experience in customer support, project coordination, or a related field. 
• Strong understanding of HR systems and services is preferred. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 
• Proficiency in documenting system requirements and processes. 
• Experience in data migration is a plus. 
• Ability to be accurate and detail-oriented in all tasks. 
• Ability to work well with others and independently when needed. 
• Willing to explore and expand knowledge on an on-going basis 
• Willing to work based on the client's business work days and office hours.
