YOUR ROLE

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Technicians and Manufacturing Specialists.
• Oversee and supervise all maintenance, PM and AM activities at assembly manufacturing and ensure all equipment running at their best performance standard.
• To define and improve Work Instructions for PM and AM activities.
• Managing the machine performance (OEE, MTBI, MTBF) and unscheduled down time (TUD).
• Coach, train and develop Technicians and Manufacturing Specialists to meet current and future business requirements.
• Improving equipment up time OEE, MTBI and MTBF.
• Ensure all maintenance staff adhere to safety policy and procedures.
• Planning, tracking, and adhering to maintenance budget.
• Oversee spare parts stocks for Preventive Maintenance and unscheduled downtime.
• Looking for new ways/tools/parts to improve productivity and cost.
• Driving and Managing improvement and automation projects related to equipment and tooling.
  
  

Your Skills & Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics (E&E), or Mechatronics.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a maintenance-related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply with excellent academic result.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of schematic diagrams, pneumatics, PLC, equipment FMEA, and RCM will be an added advantage.
