At fileAI, we’re unlocking the power of artificial intelligence to redefine how companies manage unstructured data. We’re growing fast, and instead of hiring one-off roles, we are onboarding a new cohort of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to start together, train together, and win together.

If you have 6 months to 5 years of enterprise sales or client-facing experience and want to throw yourself into the AI boom alongside a ambitious group of peers, this campaign is for you.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

• Multichannel Outreach: Run creative outbound campaigns
• Lead Discovery: Hold sharp initial conversations with decision-makers to uncover business challenges and qualify leads.
• AE Collaboration: Pair up with Account Executives to execute strategic account penetration strategies.

Who We're Looking For

We care more about drive, adaptability, and coachability.

• Experience: 6 months to 5 years in outbound sales, customer-facing roles, or high-volume outreach (B2B SaaS is nice).
• Resilience: You treat objections as puzzles to solve and view fast feedback as the key to rapid growth.
• Strong Communication: Clear, confident writing and speaking skills with an ability to get people interested quickly.
