Responsibilities
Motivate and manage team performance to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Lead and execute plans to achieve venue key performance indicators and targets.
Facilitate training for team members on operational duties.
Develop guest relationships and ensure excellent service.
Utilize basic Visual Merchandising skills to enhance venue presentation.
Oversee inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and assist with monthly stock-takes.
Manage venue operations, including opening and closing procedures, and daily sales reporting.
Apply conflict management skills to address and resolve feedback effectively.
Facilitate venue events, collaborations, and marketing initiatives.
Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
Travel across Singapore as required by business needs.
Required Skills
Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar entertainment or retail setting.
People Management Skills: Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of 2 to 5 people.
Personal Attributes: Friendly, sales-driven, meticulous, independent, and hands-on with a strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to a dynamic work environment

Other Information:
Working Days: Mon – Sun (2 off days in a week)
Familiar with shift hours (typically 10am to 6pm or 3pm to 11pm)
Available to work on weekends and holidays
You will be given 1 Fri, 1 Sat, and 1 Sun off per month, the other off days will be mostly on off-peak weekdays
