Job Description
- Develop and manage relationships with bunker suppliers, shipowners, operators, and trading partners
- Identify and onboard new suppliers to strengthen procurement capabilities and supply coverage
- Negotiate marine fuel pricing, terms, and delivery arrangements to maximise commercial performance
- Monitor market trends, fuel prices, and industry developments to identify trading opportunities
- Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of bunker deliveries
- Work with international stakeholders across multiple regions to support business growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate commercial records, supplier performance tracking, and market intelligence
The Successful Applicant
- At least 2 years of experience within the bunker trading, marine fuels, shipping, commodities trading, or maritime industry
- Experience in a commercial, sales, trading, procurement, or customer-facing role
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute with the ability to identify business opportunities and manage margins
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving capabilities
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment
- Team player with a proactive and results-oriented approach
