Tanggungjawab

A detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage daily operations across multiple online marketplaces.


This role focuses on ensuring smooth store operations, accurate product listings, and excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

1. Store & Product Management

  • Upload and update product listings across all online platforms
  • Ensure accuracy in product details
  • Support campaign / promotion setup


2. Inventory & Order Fulfillment

  • Monitor and update inventory
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely order processing
  • Identify and resolve fulfillment issues to maintain stores performance


3. Customer Service & Store Performance

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly to maintain high chat response rates
  • Manage reviews, ratings, and customer complaints professionally
  • Support return and refund handling


Requirements

  • Experience with Shopee, Lazada, and/or TikTok Shop Seller Centers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of e-commerce KPIs (e.g. fulfillment rate, store ratings)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet
  • Good written communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
