Kerja Intern, IT Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure Support and ITIL di Mercedes-Benz Group AG Selangor - Maukerja

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern, IT Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure Support and ITIL to join our Enterprise IT Operations team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to cloud infrastructure operations, IT service management (ITIL), enterprise applications support, and operational governance within a hybrid cloud environment (Microsoft Azure and on-premises infrastructure).

The intern will support day-to-day operational activities, monitoring, documentation, incident management processes, and continuous improvement initiatives while gaining practical experience in enterprise IT operations and cloud technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Infrastructure & Application Support

• Assist in monitoring and supporting enterprise cloud infrastructure and applications within a hybrid environment (Azure and on-premises).
• Support the administration and monitoring of Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity management.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic infrastructure and application issues under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support system health checks, performance monitoring, and operational reporting activities.

ITIL Service Management

• Assist in Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management processes using IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Help track and follow up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution and SLA compliance.
• Support root cause analysis activities and documentation for recurring issues.
• Participate in service improvement initiatives and operational governance activities.

Monitoring & Operational Governance

• Support monitoring activities using tools such as Azure Monitor, Datadog, or similar observability platforms.
• Assist in reviewing system alerts, logs, and performance dashboards.
• Help maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge articles.
• Support IT compliance, audit preparation, and governance reporting activities.

Project & Deployment Support

• Assist project teams during system deployments, application releases, and production cutovers.
• Support testing, validation, and post-implementation monitoring activities.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and project documentation updates.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Create and maintain documentation in collaboration platforms such as Confluence.
• Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Support data collection, reporting, and analysis for operational metrics and service performance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, networking, operating systems, or databases is an advantage.
• Interest in IT operations, cloud technologies, and service management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.
• Exposure to ITIL concepts or IT service management processes.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge (PowerShell, Python, or similar) is a plus.
