Full Time OPERATION EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in MMAG DIGITAL SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

• Coordinate daily logistics and warehouse operations with 3PL service providers.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy between warehouse records and system records.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, picking, packing, and delivery activities.
• Track delivery performance and resolve shipment issues, delays, or discrepancies.
• Ensure timely processing of orders and fulfillment according to customer requirements.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation and investigate stock variances.
• Prepare logistics reports, inventory reports, and KPI tracking.
• Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Procurement) and external logistics partners.
• Monitor 3PL service levels and ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate stock transfers, returns, and reverse logistics activities.
• Ensure proper documentation for deliveries, goods receipts, invoices, and inventory movements.
• Support periodic stock counts and audits.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
