Responsibillities:

• Collaborating with managers to plan the work output for the organization.
• Understand each department’s daily processes and goals.
• Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry/Monthly report and etc).
• Participate in company’s strategic planning.
• Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data).
• Observing and training with experienced staff to learn about the standards, procedures and methods used to be effective within each department.
• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
• Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
• Preparing documents and updating records.
• Provide support to management and other team members as needed.

ACADEMIC, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration Management or Planning Management.
• Good coordination, communication, and quality control work skills in manufacturing processes.
• Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills.
• Demonstrated interest in business and willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Works with integrity and ethically.
• Ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment.
• Maintains confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work in different departments and perform a range of tasks.
• Ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required. Prefer can speak English & Melay.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
