Kerja Sepenuh Masa Technician - Production, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Perusahaan Getah Asas Selangor - Maukerja

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To monitor and record parameters of production process as stated in the work instruction and carry out adjustment according to instructions.

2. To monitor abnormality in the process control and report to the head of shift

3. To carry out chemical addition, checking temperature and other work instructed by Supervisor/Executive.

4. To remove the un-stripped glove from former before entering coagulant dipping tank.

5. To clean dipping line including tanks, walkways and platforms during monthly preventive maintenance of the machine.

6. To service, clean, modify, change or repair any parts or equipment such as burners, pumps, motors, piping, etc. within the factory as instructed by Supervisor.

7. To ensure coagulant level and water level at all tanks, are per requirement.

8. To be responsible for house-keeping of dipping line.

9. Always adhere to company working attire requirement eg wearing gloves, face mask, shoes, safety helmet and ear plug/ear protection.

10. To comply and adhere to safety and health rules and regulations

11. Other assigned duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma in mechanical/chemical

2. Knowledge in process control

3. Knowledge in process flow and work study flow.

4. Able to communicate well with superior and subordinates.

5. Systematic and positive problem-solving approach.

6. Set good examples for subordinates.

7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

8. Able to work in dirty and hot environment

9. Experienced in SCADA system would be additional advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• PRODUCTION: 1 year (Preferred)
• CHEMICAL: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
