• Identify staffing needs, manage job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate the interview and hiring process
• Facilitate new hire orientation, process employment documentation, and conduct exit interviews
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, mediate workplace conflicts, and address grievances with confidentiality and fairness
• Oversee payroll processing, administer health insurance and retirement plans, and manage annual compensation reviews
• Develop and monitor performance appraisal systems that support high performance and career progression
• Identify training needs, design development programs, and ensure staff have the necessary skills to succeed
• Formulate company policies and ensure strict adherence to local labor law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills. Discretion and high emotional intelligence are essential
• Able to work Independently

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
