JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Create and design wooden crates, boxes, pallets, packaging structures, and POSM based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop creative structural concepts for industrial packaging and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM).
• Convert customer designs, product drawings, and specifications into in-house manufacturing specifications.
• Review customer drawings, product dimensions, and specifications to recommend suitable structural and packaging solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, 2D/3D designs, and prototypes for customer verification and production.
• Recommend suitable packaging structures and wood materials to ensure product protection during storage and transportation.
• Ensure designs meet customer specifications, brand guidelines, quality requirements, and production feasibility.
• Produce samples and prototypes for customer verification.
• Liaise closely with the Sales and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Assist in project management tasks related to packaging and structural design projects.
• Ensure projects and assigned tasks are completed within the required timeline.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or higher qualification in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 2D/3D software and/or Adobe.
• Knowledge of wooden packaging, structural design, industrial packaging, or Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for design and creativity.
• A team player with a positive working attitude.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
