Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the smooth, efficient, and systematic operation of the Depoh on a daily basis.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels while preventing stock discrepancies, losses, and wastage.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Develop and execute sales, promotional, and marketing strategies to achieve sales target.
• Prepare and submit daily operational and sales reports to HQ, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Conduct daily morning briefings and monthly staff meetings to align employees with business objectives and operational updates.
• Ensure all HQ directives, circulars, policies, and memos are effectively communicated to employees and properly understood.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate staff to achieve high performance, productivity, and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely stock replenishment, delivery schedules, and operational support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
• Strong leadership, inventory management, and team supervision skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
• First Saturday of the month: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
