Job Summary
- Provide technical support to customers by assisting with product installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service. Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and consultation to customers regarding automotive equipment and engineering solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, remote support, or onsite visits.
- Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, testing, and preventive maintenance of automotive equipment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers on technical issues, warranty claims, and product improvements.
- Assist the sales team by providing technical advice during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and service requests.
- Ensure all service activities comply with company procedures and safety standards.
- Participate in technical training to stay updated with new products and technologies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in automotive equipment or technical support at least 2-5 years.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostic systems, workshop equipment, or industrial machinery.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Willing to travel for customer site visits.
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with automotive diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Customer service orientation.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
