Job Scope:

• Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair
• Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
• Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs
• Maintaining the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly
• Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using a sealant on a flat roof
• Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
• Maintenance, troubleshoot and repairing factory machine to ensure the machine can continue operating so that it will not affect the production capacity

Requirement:

• Creative problem solver
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multitask on various projects
• Able to recommend projects, product improvements, or cost reductions
• Understanding of electrical regulation
• Automotive background education
• Technical school degree and certification for technicians
• Experience as a factory machine technician
• Excellent communication
• Knowledge of property and safety regulations
• Strong technical skill
• Strict attention to detail

Working Hour

Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Saturday (9am - 2pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
