Job Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Analyze drawings and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies to estimate material, labor, and time costs.

Tender Management

• Prepare and issue tender documents.
• Evaluate and compare contractors' tenders.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.

Contract Administration

• Draft, review, and administer contracts.
• Ensure all parties comply with contractual obligations.
• Handle contractual disputes and claims.

Project Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor project progress and compare it against planned schedules.
• Prepare regular financial reports, including cost analyses and cost forecasts.
• Track contract variations and manage changes to the project scope.

Client and Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide professional advice and support to clients on cost and contractual matters

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
