Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the technical vision, lead engineering teams, and build scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, Microservices, Distributed Systems, and Cloud technologies, along with proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the technical roadmap for the product.

Lead, mentor, and guide software engineers.

Design and develop scalable microservices and distributed systems.

Implement engineering best practices including TDD, code reviews, and CI/CD.

Build and maintain REST APIs and event-driven architectures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Skills

8+ years of software development experience.

Strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js.

Experience with Microservices and Distributed Systems.

Hands-on knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

Experience with Kafka, CQRS, Event Sourcing, or SAGA.

Cloud experience (Azure preferred).

CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, GraphQL (preferred).

SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis.

Agile/Scrum experience with strong communication and leadership skills.

Pay: RM5,846.11 - RM15,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuala Lumpur (Kuala Lumpur)
