The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging and visually impactful designs for customised gifts, website content, and marketing campaigns. This role plays a key part in bringing customers’ ideas to life, strengthening Misty Daydream’s brand identity, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across both online and offline platforms.

Job Roles:

  • Website & E-Commerce Marketplace Visual Design - Design banner, category images, and homepage visuals for the main website.
  • Competitor Analysis & Product Development – Analyse competitors, identify market trends, and create innovative new product designs.
  • Season Gift Graphic Design - Create artwork for personalised products (mugs, bottles, T-shirt, handphone case, gift boxes, balloons, apparel, hampers, signage and more).
  • EDM & Marketing Collateral - Design EDM layouts for newsletters, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Brand & Creative Development - Uphold brand guidelines across all design outputs.

Core Skills

  • E-commerce listing design (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, WooCommerce)
  • Product image editing and enhancement
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Understanding of marketplace image specifications and guidelines
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva proficiency.
  • Skilled in layout design for website banners, product images, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of EDM design (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or image-based email creatives).
  • Strong sense of colour matching, typography, aesthetic balance, and brand consistency.

Requirement

  • Only Art, Design and Media (ADM) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Graphic Design / Visual Communication or equivalent will be consider.
  • At least 2 years of design experience.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong QC mindset — ensuring artwork is correct before sending for production.
  • Able to adapt design styles based on theme (elegant, corporate, festive, kids-friendly, etc.).
  • Knowledge in basic photography / photo editing is a bonus.
  • Experience with e-commerce content (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify) is an advantage.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
