Pembinaan Jaya Zira Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced, visionary, and results-driven General Manager to lead our operations and large-scale infrastructure projects based in Ampang, Selangor.

Position Details

• Role: General Manager
• Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
• Location: Ampang, Selangor
• Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

What You’ll Do

• Operations: Oversee full-lifecycle construction and infrastructure operations across active projects.
• Financial Management: Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Capital & Structuring: Lead financial structuring and capital raising for our major highway project.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, consultants, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• Strategic Reporting: Report directly to the CEO on Operations, Finance, and Project Management performance.
  

Key Requirements

• Experience: 8–12 years of proven track record in the Construction / Infrastructure industry.
• Background: Strong operational background with solid expertise in project finance & cost management.
• Special Advantage: Prior experience in raising Sukuk or large-scale infrastructure project financing (highly preferred).
• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Skills: Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
