【About the Role】

We are seeking an AI Researcher specializing in Computer Vision and Physical Intelligence to help develop advanced AI models and training/inference technologies for 5G/6G immersive communication systems and teleoperation applications. In this role, you will conduct applied research across the full model lifecycle — designing multimodal AI models and algorithms, training and optimizing them, and implementing efficient inference methods that run reliably in resource-constrained environments.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Conduct research in computer-vision-based reasoning and inference by proposing new algorithms, scaling model parameters, improving accuracy, and reducing inference time.
• Develop advanced Vision-Language-Action (VLA) and Physical AI models that drive robotic arms under resource-constrained conditions.
• Lead research and implementation for teleoperation use cases, achieving low latency and high stability over public networks.
• Research, assess, and technically evaluate AI models, methods, and frameworks to solve concrete problems and strengthen the company's AI capabilities.
• Execute on promising research agendas collaboratively as part of a team.

【Technical Requirements】

• PhD in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience conducting research in Computer Vision and related AI modeling.
• Hands-on experience with multimodal Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with Physical AI modeling and Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models.
• One or more scientific publications submitted to conferences, journals, or public repositories.

【Preferred Qualifications】

• Experience driving research projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• A strong track record of research or engineering achievements, including publications at peer-reviewed venues such as CVPR, ICCV, and NeurIPS.
