Responsibilities

Administration & Office Support

• Handle daily clerical work such as data entry, filing, and managing office correspondence.
• Support purchase order processing and follow up with vendors and internal teams.

Sales Analysis & Reporting

• Collect and clean sales and order data, then prepare simple weekly and monthly reports.
• Track order statuses, assist with basic sales reconciliations, and update CRM or sales logs.

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate with production and logistics to monitor inventory levels and delivery schedules.
• Support customer inquiries related to orders and assist the sales team with routine tasks.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 0 years of experience required; part-time work or project experience is a plus.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic Excel skills, including formulas and simple charts.
