Full Time Senior Technical Analyst Jobs, Salary up to SGD 10,000 in PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Note: This role is a 12 months contract role with our MNC Client.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 production support for credit card and banking applications, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, and batch recovery activities.
• Analyze transaction logs, files, and system outputs to diagnose and resolve production issues.
• Develop and implement system enhancements, new functionalities, and regulatory or business-driven changes.
• Design, code, test, and deploy online and batch processing solutions.
• Support digital banking initiatives involving credit card servicing, loan products, balance transfer services, and customer self-service capabilities.
• Perform data mapping, interface analysis, and integration support between host systems and external platforms.
• Participate in system testing, UAT support, implementation planning, and production releases.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and vendor teams to deliver technology solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, effort estimates, impact assessments, and operational procedures.
• Support management, compliance initiatives,disaster recovery exercises, and platform upgrades.

Skills/Requirement:

• 8+ years of experience in banking or financial services technology.
• Strong experience in credit card processing systems and card management platforms.
• Proven experience in application development, support, and maintenance within IBM Mainframe environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting mission-critical banking production systems.
• Experience working with regional banking operations and multi-country implementations.
