Job Description:

As a HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing recruitment, onboarding, work pass administration, and training coordination in a fast-paced construction environment. You will support HR operations while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, selection, onboarding).
• Conduct New Hire Orientation and ensure smooth integration.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, S Pass, E Pass) for foreign employees.

HR Operations & Compliance:

• Maintain and update staff access cards and HR records.
• Verify and process HR-related invoices and payments.

Learning & Development (L&D):

• Coordinate training programs (in-house & external), including vendor liaison and scheduling.
• Arrange in-house/external training courses and coordinate arrangements for internal/external courses and seminars.

General HR Support:

• Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
