Who We Are Looking For (Requirements) and prefers ladies applicant

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field. (Fresh graduates with a great attitude are highly encouraged to apply!)
• Software Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Word). Experience with any accounting or HR software is a bonus, but we will train the right person!
• Attention to Detail: You are meticulous with numbers and highly careful when handling sensitive employee data.
• Communication: Good written and spoken communication skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.

In this dynamic hybrid role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations—supporting employee well-being on the HR side while keeping our numbers accurate on the accounts side. What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

Human Resources & Admin:

• Employee Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and P-files.
• Leave & Attendance: Track employee attendance, medical leaves, and annual leave balances.
• Office Administration: Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing daily administrative tasks, handling incoming calls/emails, and monitoring office supplies.
• Basic Payroll Support: Assist in compiling data and documents for monthly payroll processing.

Accounts & Finance:

• Bookkeeping Basics: Handle basic data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Invoicing & Claims: Process staff claims, issue invoices to clients, and track incoming payments.
• Petty Cash Management: Maintain and reconcile the office petty cash fund accurately.
• Document Control: Organize, file, and scan financial documents, receipts, and invoices for audit and tax purposes.
